| Dear Sina Thank you very much for your email. We enjoyed our stay at your hotel very much indeed. In fact it was one of the highlights of our visit to Berlin. Our rooms were very spacious, and the food was excellent. Breakfasts made getting up in the mornings worthwhile -- the variety of things available was remarkable -- and we ate in your Bistro in the evenings whenever we were able. The staff were delightful and very helpful. And now you tell us we shall get some money back! We think you are very good value for money anyway, so there is no need to apologise. We shall come to stay again when we can. With all good wishes John |
| ... Da ich durch meine Reisetätigkeit sehr viele Hotels kennengelernt habe, bin ich etwas überrascht, wer dort alles verzeichnet ist. Das Nachhaltigkeitsengagement geht bei den meisten genannten Hotels nicht über den Standard hinaus. Insofern bin ich sehr glücklich, mit dem mitArt ein Hotel gefunden zu haben, was entsprechende Leistungen erbringt. Im übrigen bin ich begeistert von der Sauberkeit in den Zimmern, dem exzellenten Frühstück und Ihrem freundlichen Service. Insofern ist es vielleicht fast besser, wenn Sie auf der Website nicht gelistet sind, sonst bekomme ich bald kein Zimmer mehr bei Ihnen :-) Gruß Axel F. Hamburg |
| Liebe Frau Waszkowiak, nun habe ich schon etliche Male bei Ihnen gewohnt und kann Ihr Hotel besonders empfehlen: gerade für Berlinreisende, die keine Einheitshotels lieben, keinen unnötigen Luxus brauchen wie unbequeme Stilmöbel, Stiche von Stadtansichten, eine Riege von Seifenartikeln, überteuerte Minibar und einem Fernseher, der im Wege steht, wo doch Berlin so viel Unterhaltung bietet - die sich stattdessen wohlfühlen möchten wie zu Gast bei Freunden. Bei Ihnen genießt man ein hervorragendes Frühstücksbuffet mit sympathischen Mitbewohnern nach einer ruhigen Nacht in einem individuell schlicht eingerichteten Zimmer zum Innenhof und zeitgenössischer Kunst an den Wänden. Und gratis dazu: eine immer freundliche und hilfsbereite Frau Waszkowiak. Vielen Dank und bis zum nächsten Mal bei Ihnen in Berlin. A. Böttcher |
| sehr geehrte frau Waszkowiak, wieder zu haus gelandet , möchte ich - nachdem ich nun kritisiert habe- auch unsere anerkennenden worte mitteilen. wir haben prima bei ihnen geschlafen, die zimmer waren originell gestaltet und das köstliche frühstück vor allem mit den wunderbaren früchten, und dem gemütlich ruhigen sitzen einfach prima. herzlichen dank dafür und extra sonnengrüße anne-marie m. |
